The First Materials Research Society of Thailand International Conference (MRS-Thailand 2017) Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the following awards available forparticipants and students participating in MRS-Thailand 2017,

5. MRS-Thailand 2017 Materials Science Graduate Student Research Awards

1. MRS-Thailand 2017 Student Helpers
The MRS-Thailand 2017 Local Organizing Committee is offering full/half student registration waivers for students who are able to work as MRS-Thailand 2017 Student Helpers (meeting room attendant, registration desk help, transportation organizer, and etc.) during October 31-November 3, 2017. Please follow the instruction given in the on-line application form and submit the form before October 15, 2017. Selection of the positions will be based on the suitability and ability to work as Student Helper.The decision by the Organizing Committee is final.

2. MRS-Thailand 2017 Best Poster Presentation Awards
The MRS-Thailand 2017 Best Poster Presentation Awards will be given to presenters who have shown their excellent performance in presenting their scientific work with significant contribution to materials community during the two Poster sessions on November 1 and 2, 2017. Each day, up to 10 presenters will be selected by the Poster Award Committee to receive the Awards(Certificate and small honorarium). Please submit your application for the Awards On-Site before 12.00 pm on November 1, 2017.
3. MRS-Thailand 2017 Best Oral Presentation Awards
During the three days of technical sessions, up to 20 researchers will be selected(by the Award Committee) to receive the Awards (Certificate and small honorarium) based on their oral presentations showing ability to conduct and present their contributions to the materials community. Please submit your application for the Awards On-Site before 12.00 pm on November 1, 2017.
4. MRS-Thailand 2017 Materials Science Undergraduate Project Awards
MRS-Thailand 2017is providing a venue for undergraduate students to present their research work as part of the competition for the MRS-Thailand Awards. The eligible students (fourth year or first year graduate students doing research in Materials Science) will need to submit their senior projects for consideration by the Committee (before October 10, 2017) and the finalists will be invited to present their senior projects in Symposium 20: Materials Education during MRS-Thailand 2017 Conference.
5. MRS-Thailand 2017 Materials Science Graduate Student Research Awards
MRS-Thailand 2017is providing a venue for graduate students to present their research work as part of the competition for the MRS-Thailand Materials Science Graduate Student Research Awards. The eligible students (graduate students doing research in Materials Science) will need to submit their research (publications) for consideration by the Committee (before October 10, 2017) and the finalists will be invited to present their research in Symposium 20: Materials Education during MRS-Thailand 2017 Conference.
Note: For MRS-Thailand 2017 Materials Science Undergraduate Project Awards and MRS-Thailand 2017 Materials Science Graduate Student Research Awards, the students can send the relevant documents directly to (before October 10, 2017),
