Symposium 20: Material Enterprises and Industries Symposium Scope The ‘Material Enterprises and Industries’ symposium is intended as a meeting of professionals from universities, research institutes and industry who are active in the fields of (1) Food, Agriculture - Biotechnology (2) Health, Wellness - Biomedical (3) Smart Devices and Robotics – Mechatronics, and (4) other topical areas of advanced materials. The main focus of this symposium is to showcase examples of how academic research can be successfully translated into commercialized products through close university/institute-industry collaboration at every stage of product development.
