CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
     1. If you apply for a student registration, please upload a letter confirming your student status (the status has to be valid during the whole conference period). The letter has to be signed by your supervisor or department chair.
     2. Bank transaction fee is the responsibility of participants.

CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT
     The Conference Secretariat (Assistant Professor Dr. Winita Punyodom) must be notified in writing by e-mail (1mrsthailand2017@gmail.com) about the cancellation. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
     1. Cancellation: Before and on 9 October 2015.
          Refund: Registration fee less 700 Baht handling fee.
     2. Cancellation: From 10 October 2017.
          Refund: No refund.

     1. การสมัครสในถานะของนักศึกษา จะต้องอัพโหลดหลักฐานแสดงสถานะการเป็นนักศึกษา (ต้องเป็นนักศึกษาในช่วงของการประชุมวิชาการ) โดยหลักฐานจะต้องลงนามโดยอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาหรือหัวหน้าภาควิชา
     2. ค่าธรรมเนียมในการโอนเงินเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมฯ

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน
     การขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียนนั้น สามารถอีเมลล์โดยแจ้งเหตุผลการขอยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมการประชุมและหลักฐานการยืนยันตัวตนมาได้ที่ อ.ดร. ชัยสิทธิ์ บรรจงประเสริฐ (1mrsthailand2017@gmail.com) โดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลาในการแจ้งการยกเลิกเพื่อขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน ดังนี้
      1. แจ้งยกเลิกและขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน ก่อนและภายในวันที่ 9 ตุลาคม 2560 หักค่าดำเนินงาน 700 บาท
      2. แจ้งยกเลิกและขอคืนเงินค่าลงทะเบียน หลังวันที่ 9 ตุลาคม 2560 ไม่คืนเงิน
